JORDAN WANAMAKER JAVIER
From a young age Jordan was immersed in the business of real estate, his family has prospered in the real-estate and construction industry for more than 50 years (www.wanamakergroup.com). It was only natural for Jordan to take the path of a successful contractor and real estate developer. Jordan achieved his MBA at George Washington University with a concentration in Project Management and Entrepreneurship. He also has a solid background in Computer Science. With more than a decade of experience in real estate and development Jordan serves as the CEO and founder overseeing all administrative functions, sales and marketing, and financial processes. Jordan takes customer service with the utmost seriousness and will be reaching out personally to make sure that you are satisfied with process and results of your project.
EKATERINA ANANYEVA

Ekaterina is Karma's Office Manager, she is a highly organized individual with excellent professional skills. She achieved her PhD in economics in Russia and has more than a decade of experience as a government auditor and maintaining client relations. Ekaterina provides vital administrative coordination between top management, project managers, and work crews while providing specialized bookkeeping services for materials and resources. She also manages internal communication and coordination with clients and vendors, responding to their inquiries regarding invoice payments and scheduling. Ekaterina ensures that Karma’s engine is always firing on all cylinders and that customer service remains our core focus.

OUR PROJECT MANAGERS

CRAIG PINTO
As a Sr. Project Manager for Karma Construction Group, Craig leads a talented team of professionals with expertise in ground up build, remodeling and architecture. He is responsible for cultivating professional relationships with prospective clients and trade specialists to expand the company. With a high acumen in business and design, he provides oversight of day-to-day construction activity, as well as establishing and implementing project objectives and performance standards. Craig’s over 10 year background in real estate and construction makes him our go-to for all things development related.
BRADFORD GAMBLE
Sr. Project Manager. Client focused manager whose primary strength is understanding the root of construction challenges and provide cost effective solution based results. Field experience to ensure the connection/coordination between the Architect and Tradesman. Experienced in all operational aspects including cost, quality and scheduling controls. Capable of motivating associates to exceed clients expectations. A service industry transplant of over 30 years, Brad has found the last 3 years in the construction industry to be a natural next step. (roofing, concrete, metal, structural composite lumber, utility demands, life safety systems) Efficient, professional and personable
SERGEI  JAVIER
Sergei, who was also immersed in the construction business growing up, has more than a decade of experience in the construction industry as a proven and effective Project Manager. Sergei has worked in many states on a variety of projects developing a diverse background in construction and design. He is renowned for his ability to use unique designs that incorporate exquisite tile work on any surface and integrate the finest details and finishes to give our client’s the exact style they are looking for. Sergei has the right design solution for any problem your project might throw at you.
JEFF HAYDEN
Project Manager. Jeff is a professional skilled tradesman who works alongside and manages skilled laborers. His defined background gives him the skillset and creativity which allows expertise knowledge in designing, architecture, remodeling, and construction. He also works very closely with clients providing great customer service and professional relationships to develop satisfactory and highly praised projects. Jeff is responsible for planning and overseeing different construction projects while maintaining budgets, supplies, and also to ensure regulations, procedures, and permits required are acknowledged. His 7 years’ experience in construction management and 21 years in artistry gives him the company’s eye in detailed work.
